Initial Consultation - FOUNDATION
(90 mins)
Price: $195 Aud
An initial consultation is the foundational consultation type, it will include thorough investigation into the following:
Full health assessment including presenting concerns and past medical history
Family history
Dietary review
Lifestyle investigation (work, exercise, social aspects)
Current medication or supplements
Treatment goals and what you are wanting to achieve

Follow-up Consultation - PROGRESS
(60 minutes)
Price: $150 Aud
Short follow-up Consultation - CHECK IN
(45 minutes)
Price: $100 Aud
A follow-up consult is the progressive consult and usually takes place 2-4 weeks after your initial consultation.
We will review your progress and investigate any changes or new health presentations.
We will also review any pathology/blood test results in this consult if required.
Any new treatment plan modifications will be implemented.

A short, check in follow-up consult available for consult 3 and onwards. Ideal if you are only in need of a quick review of treatment progress, symptoms and to ensure treatment is still appropriate.

Acute Care Consultation - BREIF AILMENTS
(30 minutes)
Price: $70 Aud
An acute consultation is for ACUTE PRESENTATIONS such as common colds/flus, respiratory infections, seasonal allergies, a skin rash/flare up or travel advice and prophylactic prescriptions.
If you are feeling suddenly run down and want some quick immune support to help, this consult is perfect for you (or maybe you’re about to jet off for a trip and are a bit skeptical about water quality and getting traveller’s belly- never ideal).
*Please note, an Acute Care Consultation is only offered to existing clients of mine, to ensure I know their full health history. Treatment plans are not provided due the short nature of these consultations.
Pathology Testing
Pathology testing is conducted if required at an additional cost. Some examples may include a DUTCH comprehensive hormone test, complete thyroid studies and gut microbiome testing.
This is dependent on your individual case and is not always necessary. If required, we will discuss this during your consultation.
I do however, make sure my clients have their basic bloods carried out at their GP every 6-12 months. If you have your most recent blood test results prior to our consult, please email them through with your intake form. I have undertaken additional post-graduate studies in reading pathology to ensure I am able to gather as much understanding from your bloodwork as possible!
A note on prescriptions
Prescriptions are very individualised and are not always needed however, they are often indicated.
Allow a budget of approximately $60-200 for prescriptions. This may include a herbal tonic, nutritional supplement/compound, flower essence, herbal cream or tea.
Please advise me of any budgetary restrictions during our consultation and we can discuss a suitable treatment that works for you.
